Send in your entry form with a check to: Spike Volleyball Luau, 5520 N Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60630. Make sure you include your division of play and the correct amount.

Guests
Guests are welcome to enjoy all the benefits of the Luau for a $20 spectator fee. While this does not include tournament play, open play will be available

Menu (Included in Entry Fee)
Food: Brats, Chicken Breast, Chips & Dips, Condiments, Deserts, Deviled Eggs, Fresh Fruit, Green Salads, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Hot Pasta, Italian Sausage, Pasta Salads, Turkey Burgers, Turkey Dogs, and Veggie Trays.

Beverages: 7-Up, Beer, Chucks Special Watermelon Punch, Coke, Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Juice, Milk, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Sports Drinks, Sprite, and Water.

Post Tournament Party (Included in Entry Fee)
Spike Volleyball will host a huge post tournament party from 7:00 PM until 3:00 AM at the The Purple Hotel (located on Lincoln Ave. and Touhy Ave. in Lincolnwood). THREE ROOMS TO PARTY! HANG OUT WITH A LIVE DJ, SING SOME KARAOKE, OR CHILL IN THE LOUNGE!

The The Purple Hotel has special limited room rates: for Luau players and guests. Call 847-677-1234 and mention Spike Volleyball Luau or if you are booking online, Type in “Luau” in the promotions box on the reservation page.

To reserve a room online:

1. Go to the hotel's online Reservations and punch in the Luau dates.

2. Then when the first set of rates come up, check the box on the right that says "negotiated rate code" and type in "LUAU". That will bring up the Luau rate of $92

Committees
We could not run this tournament if we did not have a very large volunteer staff to set up and take down nets, help prepare food, and keep the area clean. Please contact us if you can help us and indicate where you would like to help out.

We offer you free spectator charges to the event, free entry to the post tournament party, a staff T-shirt, and a post event party to celebrate our success. We can use help in the following areas:

2:00 PM 6:00 PM Preparing Food/ Grilling

6:00 PM 7:30 PM Take Down Nets
